Observation

During the course of the complaint assessment at site, licensor was able to assess that the teacher in charge of the child in thier group F.P. was unaware that her child had left to get water, and then went outside the school building, later to be found by school staff, and returned child to program, as staff were unaware of this child leaving program and not providing direct supervision at all times or allowing children to go to get water unsupervised as it was reported, and the child not returning back to program.
